Now that we’re well into January it seems like a good time to do a quick round up of what we got up to towards the back-end of last year. While the 3 months from October through December were our most productive to date, we made sure we had plenty of fun working on some Christmas campaigns to keep us in a festive mood.
The Rizla Advent Giveaway was a resounding success attracting more than 20 times the amount of web traffic we’d usually expect to see in an average month. We reached 20,000 twitter timelines within 12 hours of go-live and in a single month increased Rizla’s subscriber database by 75%.
In amongst this, we also managed to
- Launch 3 websites for a global leader in the manufacture of animal nutrition additives: Anpario, Optivite & Kiotechagil.
- Develop a flash-based Christmas card for a prominent Manchester design agency
- Pick up a brief to develop a series of mobile apps for a high-profile Northern Utilities company
- Convince York St John University that we are the right web design studio to support their 2012 marketing activities
All in all we had a, great finish to a successful year which has lead on to a very promising start to 2012
